A new release is just around the corner and for the next couple of days we'll be shining our creative spotlights on the new Verve sets and dies releasing this Friday, May 20.
Today we're sharing our first projects featuring the
Beautiful Things stamp set,
Beautiful Flowers Die Set and the
Stitched Pennants Die Set. I am in LOVE with these new flowers and the dies! I stamped them in Distress Ink (Abandoned Coral) and then used my water pen to draw some of the colour out of the stamped image. Then after the flowers had dried, I used my Copic marker to add some details to the floral centers. I used some new designer paper I picked up! Couldn't resist the pretty colours and the feminine feel. I added a canvas tag, some ribbon and a doily to create a Freestyle Collage look! I stamped the sentiment in a teal blue colour to add some interest and to freshen the look.
