Oh my goodness! This card won at both Just Add Ink and Create with Connie And Mary this week! I am so thrilled! It has been a long time since I have won a challenge! Thank you so much ladies!!!!
I have not had the chance or even the drive to make some cards for challenges in quite a while. I think I was on burn out mode but after two weeks away from the computer, I do feel refreshed and I was inspired by the great sketch at Create with Connie and Mary and with the awesome colours at Just Add Ink. I'll admit, I was really challenged by the sketch but I decided to go for it! I inked up a new stamp called "School Lines" for my sentiment. The sentiment is also from a new stamp set called "Pursuit of Happiness". I love the sentiments in the set!
The weather is not cooperating with me today for photos, sorry they are so dark but it was worse in my craftroom! Sometimes photos just don't work! I actually used the new embossing folder for the background, it is all straight, chunky lines and the piece of Chocolate Chip paper is crimped. The flower is from the set called "Growing Green" and is stamped in Black Stazon and watercoloured on watercolour paper with Not Quite Navy Ink.
