Merry Monday Winners {some small changes}

Usually I post the winners for Merry Monday on Sundays but starting today I have made some small changes...

The changes are:
  1. The new sketch challenge will still be announced on MONDAYS.
  2. The Winner and Honorable Mentions will be announced on TUESDAYS.
  3. The Challenge will now close on SUNDAYS at Noon (PDT).
