Welcome to another week at Merry Monday! The idea behind this challenge is to get a head start on your Christmas cards! Each week, I choose one Merry Monday Winner who will then be a Guest Designer for a future challenge! So get out your Christmas supplies and let's get to work! This week I combined my sketch with the pretty colours at the Play Date Cafe. I thought the jewel-toned colours would make some elegantly wrapped gifts! I also used the square punches to show that the circle elements could be ANY shape.

I got out the Big Shot and using the Large Scallop Circle Die, I cut four circles out of chipboard! I had never used the Big Shot for this before and let me tell you! It went through the chipboard like butter! Wow! So I then cut out 8 circles of my Cottage Wall DSP and then fit perfectly over my chipboard scalloped circles!! Tonight I would like to share the cover of my new chipboard album that I made all by myself! All the pages inside are covered with the DSP but I have not completed the inside yet. So I can only share my cover. The stamp set I used on the cover is the "Charming" set from the Holiday Mini Catalogue. 
Although it is not in any of the current catalogues, it is still available for purchase and so I got it!
I am going to work on the inside pages this weekend and hope to share them soon.

Here is one of the cards we made at my Masking Class on Tuesday night. I used the Neighbourhood Stamp set that is FREE in the SAB Mini. I love this set!!! My colours are Orchid Opulence, Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive. Love that shiny satin ribbon! I am so happy that I ordered it in that colour. I paired the Neighbourhood set with the "Bella's Bloom" set which is so sweet and used the sentiment from it. The DSP is the Cottage Wall DSP.

Here are some of the bookmarks I made for my class. I teach grade 2/3 and tomorrow we are going to be having our Valentine's Party. I made one for each student with their name on it. I didn't show those ones due to privacy issues. Sure hope they like them!
I am teaching a Masking Technique Class on Tuesday night and here is one of the cards we will be making. 
I just received a new order and I had to play with this gorgeous ribbon! It is the Satin Ribbon from the Mini Catalogue in the colour Old Olive. It ties beautifully! I also used my new to me "Cottage Wall" DSP. Wow...why didn't I order that earlier!
