Our current Paper Player Challenge this week is "Masculine or Father's Day". Please click HERE to see the Design Team Samples and to find Mr. Linky!!
I found this new challenge blog through Stacey over at the Curtain Call Colour Challenge. It is called "Create with Connie and Mary", so I did! I created a project using their current Sketch Challenge! I used up some scraps I had on my stamping desk...including this watercoloured flower from the Fifth Avenue Florals stamp set that I had left over from another project. I changed the sketch a little and see that I forgot the three brads. I made it from memory! Obviously I need to do some brain gym or something! LOL! I used some Soft Suede and Pretty in Pink Cardstock and some Melon Mambo DSP. I LOVE Melon Mambo!
Well that is all for now! I hope you had a great weekend and got some stamping time in!
Thanks for stopping by!
Smiles,
Lesley :)
I think I like that card better without the brads-so very pretty. tfs
ReplyDeleteWhat a FABULOUS card! I just love what you did with the sketch! Thanks for playing along with week on Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!
ReplyDeleteLesley, gorgeous card. Great job on doing two challenges! This card is the antithesis of our masculine card challenge :-) It's so bright and feminine and I love the flower. Beautiful job, my friend.
