This card was created for the
Colour Throwdown #46 and the
SCS SC#232. I wanted to create a soft and pretty card that would highlight the stamp. The little brad and ribbon were added at the end...I took a risk with them!! I had to get this card finished tonight for
Vickilyn. She challenged me to make a card tonight!
I used my SU! Markers to colour the stamp and then huffed it. The sentiment is stamped in brocade blue. I used the small oval punch for the sentiment which is from Garden Greetings. I used the Scallop Edge Punch to create the scallops on the middle strip which is white on white. The white panel is embossed with the Woodgrain EF from Cuttlebug and the So Saffron paper is embossed with Swiss Dots.
Thanks for looking! Please leave me a comment so I may come and check out your blog!
Happy Stamping!
Lesley :)
