For my card,I decided to get out the retired Stampin' Up Stocking Punch and created a traditional Christmas coloured card! I love this paper from Stampin' Up called Be of Good Cheer, it is so pretty and the traditional colours are easy to work with!

Lesley, this is just the cutest thing....my poor stocking punch is just gathering dust this year...haven't used it a bit! You've inspired me!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Lesley, I love your stockings and the bow is lovely.
ReplyDeleteI love your take on the sketch Lesley, and I'm kicking myself for not buying that adorable punch before it retired! Thanks for doing this year of sketches. You've given me the incentive to finish my Christmas cards early, and I'll be ready to play along again next year! Happy Holidays to all of you!!
ReplyDeleteLesley, I love your stocking card!! It is so adorable. I cannot believe it's the last Merry Monday challenge. I'm sad to see it end, but I do look forward to playing again in January. ReplyDeleteWonderful card, I love all the stockings and great take on the sketch challenge! Hugs, Karen
ReplyDeleteLove your card, Lesley - and ALL the DT cards as well. I've been busy making tags etc so haven't participated in many challenges the last little while. But I couldn't let the final 2012 Merry Monday sketch go by without playing along!
ReplyDeleteCheers, Karen
Although I haven't been able to participate in any challenges for a few weeks, I so appreciate this site. I did an inventory of the Christmas cards I have made and I have 30 ready to go! This is due in a large part to your challenges and inspiration. See you in 2013!

I love how you used the stockings for the sketch, Lesley! It reminds me of our stockings as a child that were hung every Christmas (there were 5 children in our family)! Love the traditional colors too! Thanks for the great sketch!
