Merry Monday Winners

Thank you to everyone who played along with us this past week at the Merry Monday Challenge! It was extremely difficult to choose winners! Such amazing entries! The design team have chosen their favourites, who are honorable mentions!

Wendy's Choice: LisaJ

Lisa's card caught my eye this week with the way she inked this pretty tree image and how fabulous it looked with the plaid paper! I love how simple it is but packed such a punch! Congratulations Lisa, your my Top Pick this week! :)

Nina’s Choice: Debbie H

Debbie's elegant card caught my eye this week, I love the flocked clear DP with the shimmery glitter background. The black base is perfect to showcase the glitter paper and the red of the DP and the ornament is a great finish. Congrats Debbie on being my Top Pick this week!

Bonnie's Choice: Lee Ann B.

This sweet image brings back memories of building snowmen when I was a child. Beautifully painted in lovely colors! Congratulations, Lee Ann, on being my Top Pick this week.

LeAnne's Choice: Marisa

I always love Marisa's cards, and this is no exception!  Her use of the bold patterned paper and bold snowflake, topped off with those sweet bells, make for a wonderful holiday creation!  Congrats, Marisa, for being my Top Pick this week!

Narelle's Choice: Sue

I just love Sue's card this week.  I couldn't go past the simplistic beauty of this one.  The designer series papers she's used is just gorgeous and I love her use of just the star to finish it off-beautiful! Congrats Sue, on being my Top Pick this week!

Carrie's Choice: Kim S.

It is amazing how much dimension and texture you can get out of only using two colours. I adore the shadow effect of using two different shades of blue and the extra little shimmer and glimmer is perfect. The added snowflake and small dotted bow just go to show how little details can make a BIG difference. Kim, this is stunning and certainly a Top Pick!

Lesley's Choice:

Button Buddies 077

I couldn't resist this playful card from Anne Hayward. The snow drifts, created with two shades of embossed blue card stock and the little twine scarf were just too adorable! I love the simplicity of this card but also admire the many fun elements which make this card a stand out for me. Congratulations Ann! I hope you will consider joining us as a Guest Designer for Monday, October 22nd. Please email me by clicking the email icon at the top of my blog if you are able to be our Guest Designer!

Congratulations to everyone who joined in the fun!!!

  1. Thanks so much for selecting my card, LeAnne :) Was a nice easy sketch to work with and if I remove the bells, it's a good one for mailing too :)
