Yesterday I had the chance to get inky and I was pretty excited to play with some new goodies I picked up at my local craft store. I bought a new floral stamp from impression obsession and I paired it with some distress inks.
To do this watercolor technique, you will need a piece of watercolor paper, a water pen or paintbrush and some distress ink.
2. Then using your paintbrush and a bit of water or using your water pen, go to the stamped image and pull the color from it.
3. Then I used a aqua color in the distress ink to color around the flowers.
I hope this makes sense and that you have fun making your own water color card!
This is gorgeous and sounds like a fun way to watercolor. I'm not normally a "flower" stamp person but have to say you have inspired me to given them a try ;-)
