Here are the winners...a day early! I have realized that Tuesdays are a busy blogging day for me and so I have decided to have my bi-weekly challenge on Mondays now...with the winners being announced 1 hour before the next challenge.
As I mentioned before, it is really "challenging" for me to choose winners...I adore everyone's card and I know that each card is created from the heart! But I know as a card maker, I love the thrill of being highlighted at a challenge...and so I have chosen one main "winner" and a Top 3. I have also explained why I have chosen these cards. Here is the sketch that everyone used.

My main Winner this week is:
I absolutely LOVE Lorry's pretty card! The emboss resist technique REALLY caught my eye and I love the extra detail of the notebook paper on the side of her "skewed" panel. The sentiment is stamped on pattern paper and the enamel dots bring the whole card together. Fresh and lovely! Congrats, Lorry!
I chose Danielle's card because I loved the fun "paper clip" paper she used and her colouring was inspiring! She added a little flower and brad to the small flag in the top, right corner. Cute! And the sentiment is absolutely darling!!!
Linda's card is asbolutely adorable with the pretty floral paper and the flowers in the basket...I could see the cleverness of her design! I think the ribbon "flag" in the top right corner is awesome...it added interest and texture to her sweet card!
Sandy created this pretty card using designer paper and fun cork accents! I loved that all the paper pieces were highlighted in black and that she used a simple sentiment! The paper took center stage!
Once again, thank you to everyone who played along with my challenge. In one hour, I will be back with Challenge #4-a brand new sketch! I sure hope you will join me.
Thanks for choising my card, Leslie! This was a great sketch!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for picking me, I am well chuffed!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great sketch I will definitely be using it again in the future.
Cheers, Lorry :o) xx
Thanks so much Lesley for recognizing my card - what a treat and honor! I loved this sketch and plan to use it more. After browsing through the entries I can see why it would be a difficult choice to make. So many talented crafters out there. Congrats to all.
