Viva LA Verve Sketch Challenge & Diva Inspirations Challenge {Verve Stamps}

Happy July! We are back after a relaxing trip to the coast! We took our camper and had a blast...walking along the beaches and reading books! Today I am happy to share my card for the newest Viva la Verve Sketch Challenge! I am the sketch hostess and I am SO excited to share my design! I hope it inspires you to play along with us!

  

I was inspired to play along with the current Diva Inspirations Challenge over at Verve! Why not combine the two challenges!?

Using the Love Everlasting stamp set from Verve, I stamped the floral heart in the three bold colours from the inspiration photo...in this case I used Pumpkin Pie, Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo. I am a big fan of clean lines and layers, so I used some designer paper and clean white rectangles...so the colours would hopefully pop!

SugarPea Designs-MIU17 {Happy Mail}

We have a new challenge style over at SugarPea Designs! You have all month to play along with us! I used the stamp set called Happy Mail and coloured the images with my Copic markers. Clean and simple, this card was fun to put together!

Reverse Confetti {SFYTT #38}- Best Wishes

Tonight I finally had the chance to play along with the current SFYTT at Reverse Confetti. I loved the clean lines of the sketch and I wanted to play with the new Garden Bunch Stamp Set I picked up last month! With the end of the school year being so busy, I never had the chance to play with my new goodies! SO I gave them a try tonight. I love how the sentiment stamps! 

I wanted to create a card that gave off a "black tie air" and I was striving for clean lines. The card was left simple, so it could go to a man. I wanted to create a "tux" feel and the flowers would be the accent rather than the focus. It is another card for my wedding stash. 

VLV & CTD {Christmas Greetings}

Hooray! Back into my craft room and I was so happy to play along with a couple of challenges today! First I saw the fun sketch at Viva la Verve and then I saw the colours at the Colour Throwdown! It was a match made in heaven! I decided to make a Christmas card for my stash!

I used the elegant Bright Spirits stamp set from Verve and some fun design paper I had in my stash! I kept my design fairly simple...

Verve Diva Inspirations Blog Hop {July}

I used one of my favourite stamp sets! I just adore the Great Friend set and I paired it with the new Love Everlasting set. I kept my design simple and stamped the flowers in Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie ink. Then I stamped the leaves in Bermuda Bay ink...the sentiment was kept simple...in black.

A quick and easy birthday Gift Purse, using some of the Vintage Floral Ribbon.

A simple yet pretty card using some Vintage Floral Ribbon, someLace and a white Doily. I used the Fancy Birthday Sticker for my sentiments!
