I am pretty excited about this week's challenge at Merry Monday! I had a million ideas for watercolouring and I finally decided to watercolour a poinsettia image! I kept the rest of my design clean and simple.

Runway Inspired Challenge {Hello}
Today I am playing along with the Runway Inspired Challenge. I was drawn to the black outline and bold colours. I got out a new stamp set for me from Altenew called Scribbled Flowers and inked it with Stazon onto watercolour paper. Then I watercoloured each floral image! I loved the "splash" of colour from the big red bow so the "hello" sentiment from the Halftone Hello set seemed like a nice way to represent that pop of red. Totally out of my comfort zone but so much fun to make! I then tied some twine around the middle, again echoing the red bow.

The Card Concept #39 {Daisies}
Today I am sharing a card I made for the current Card Concept Challenge! I love the colours in the inspiration photo and wanted to create a card with loads of white space. Right now I am just playing with stamps...trying to get my Mojo back!
Once again I used one of my my favourite Verve sets called Bloom & Grow! I love this set and will probably be using it again for another card on Monday! This time I used Coastal Cabana, Honey and So Saffron for my card. All ink from Stampin' Up. The sentiment is from Altenew.

Happy weekend! I will be spending most of this weekend doing laundry and catching up with life! My "to do" list is LONG but manageable! I got the chance to craft again and I just could not miss using Stacey's sketch over at Viva la Verve! I LOVE it! Now I need some Fall themed sets!

Freshly Made Sketches #204 & Merry Monday {Peace on Earth}
I wanted to play along with Jennifer Timko's awesome sketch this week at Freshly Made Sketches and combined it with the awesome, "Sentiment" Challenge over at Merry Monday! Decided to get a couple of old Stampin' Up Christmas sets and used my Copics to colour the bird. The paper is a pack of retired Stampin' Up designer paper pad...a mini pad from last year!

The Challenge #42 {A Colour Challenge}

This week we have a Colour Challenge for you! You are to use Red, Pink, and Light/Dark Aqua. No other colour is allowed except for the neutrals Gray, Black, Kraft, Espresso or White. Remember, ANY AND ALL PRODUCT is welcome!
I decided to go CAS for my design and used a favourite stamp set from Altenew called "Vintage Roses". I paired it with the large "Hello" stamp from SRM Press.
The design team have created some inspiration to get you in the crafting mood! Come and join us!
